Human Resources Manager
Reporting to: The Director legal and Corporate Service
The officer will be required to plan, control and effectively manage the activities of the Human Resource Department and to advise management on Human resources and procedures work effectively. To ensure that discipline and management and Union relations are sound and cordial at all times
Duties and responsibilities
• To coordinate all human resources activities in the Department to ensure accurate interpretation and effective application of all statutory requirements related to human resources
• To formulate corporate human resources management strategies, policies, procedures, plan and budgets to ensure that staff are in line Human Resources procedures.
• To implement the performance Management System in order to contribute to the achievement of overall objectives of the Board
• To prepare and monitor the Human resources budget in order to facilitate the effective completion of HR activities.
• To advise the Board on employee industrial relations and initiate effective communication systems to ensure that the staff have the correct interpretation of Labour laws and conditions service
• To formulate corporate human resources management strategies, policies, procedures, plan and budgets to ensure that staff are in line Human Resources procedures.

Required Qualification/Experience
• Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate
• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage
• Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management
• Minimum eight(8)years’ experience at Senior Management level in reputable organisation
