COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Civil Engineering or other related field
 - A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
 - Professional affiliation to the Engineering Board of Zambia
 - Knowledge of Microsoft package, i.e. Excel and Word
 - Accurate, pro-active, deadline-driven, problem-solving and service-oriented working style
 - Extraordinary feeling for quality and costs (high cost awareness)
 - Excellent observation skills; self-motivated to suggest improvements to the Bank’s buildings and property and solve maintenance issues; strengths in making follow-ups (e.g. on maintenance work) and organizing

- Degree in Business Administration, HR Management or other related field
 - A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR position with own team leader responsibility
 - Broad knowledge of Zambian Labour Laws
 - Knowledge of Microsoft package, i.e. PowerPoint, Excel and Word, and HR software
 - Sound strategic and creative thinking as well as analytical skills
 - Knowledge of global best HR practices
 - Excellent communication and organizational skills
 - Excellent team spirit
 - First experiences in project management
