Public Service Pensions Fund Board (PSPFB) is a creation under the Public Service Pensions Act CAP 260 of the Lows of Zambia, mandated to control and administer the Fund in accordance with sound business practices.
PSPFB seeks to recruit exceptional individuals who are outstanding, results oriented and highly motivated to fill the following positions:
LOANS ASSISTANT x4
JOB PURPOSE
The main purpose of the job of the Loans Assistant is to reconcile mortgage and Micro fin loan accounts, and maintenance of accurate mortgage books of accounts.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconciliations of monthly recoveries against loans issued
- Monitoring and identifying non performing loans
- Monitoring and identifying under/over recoveries
- Preparation of monthly efficiency collection reports
- Monitoring and reconciling insurance submissions and claims
- Reconciliations of clients accounts/loan book
- Flagging of closed accounts
- Monitoring the status of documents of title
- Reconciliation of titles against mortgages created
QUALIFICATIONS
- Full Grade Twelve Certificate (G 12)
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting o any other Business
- Management qualifications
- At least 2 years working experience
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Communication Skills
- Computer Literate
- Good customer relations
- Numerical skills
REMUNERATION
- An attractive package will be offered in Unionised Salary Scale of G 7.
