Job Title: Manager: Product & Services (Enterprise)
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the formulation of products and services strategy, as well as product development roadmap of the products and services portfolio
- Monitor and assess the market, identifying potential products and services for development
- Develop new consumer products and services, with focus on Enterprise
- Present ideas to Senior Manager Product & Services and Enterprise Business Unit to obtain their input on product feasibility
- Present business case including technical and economic feasibility for new consumer product/service.
- Identify new markets for existing and new products in order to enhance value to the business.
- Develop and test products, processes, and procedures.
- Design and develop product promotions in collaboration with Customer Retention & Loyalty as well as Brand & Communications to drive take up, usage and profit of new products/services.
Candidate Requirements
- Business ,Commerce, Marketing, IT/Engineering Degree
- At least 2 years’ experience in a management position, in dynamic and fast moving industries
- 2-5 years’ experience leading products management and development
- Proven track record of successful management of product portfolios and a number of
- Successful product launches
- Project and Program Management
- Familiar with the Telecomm environment
