Position: Operations Manager – Zambia
Reporting to : General Manager – Africa
Essential Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in related field
- 5 – 10 years Management experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the hydraulics industry
- Experience in Technical or sales support role within the hydraulic industry
- Relevant field of operations experience in the mining industry with past history in the hydraulic hose and fittings area (preferable)
- Planning and Organising skills
- Good communications skills both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
- Continuous improvements , Monitoring results
- Teamwork,Cooperation and problem solving
- Medical fitness for the position and in consideration of the environment
Responsibilities
- Diligently build professional relationships with all clients, contractors and Team members
- Developing and overseeing all customer relationships, developing a sound environment for Hyspec to provide quality services
- Strategic planning
- Profit and loss and balance sheet Management
- People management
- Reporting and Audits
- Provide timely and accurate reports on all mining customers
