HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER- TRAINING

Location: HEAD OFFICE

Summary of duties and responsibilities

Reporting to the Director Human Resources, the job holder shall be responsible for the effective coordination and management of all the training programmes in the Copperbelt. The duties shall include preparation of training needs analysis, development of annual training programs, schedules, delivering and monitoring training, preparing and management of the training budget and generating monthly training reports.

Qualifications and experience

Full Grade 12 School Certificate
University Degree in Education, HRM or Social Science
At least 2 years post qualification experience in similar position
Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management
Ability to conduct training
Strong communication and organization ills
Must be Computer literate
The pay and benefits shall be commensurate to the position.
