Our Client is currently looking for a Security Supervisor to join their team.
The security supervisor will oversee guards who protect staff and, Company property against theft and vandalism.
Duties to include:
Assign areas for his/her officers to patrol and presents a list of potential problems his/her officers should be on the lookout for.
To ensure that guards complete their handover certificates.
To ensure that guards are alert all the time at the locations.
To ensure that guards are in complete uniforms while at the locations.
To ensure that guards are performing well while on the post.
To ensure that guards are signing call sheets and that the guards who signed the call sheet during parade are exactly the ones who are physically at the locations.
To ensure that guards maintain the discipline while at the locations.
Monitors his staff by patrolling with them by motorbike or on foot.
Work with staff to develop safety plans for the buildings s/he monitors.
Oversee the transfer of the accused persons (trespassers or criminals) to the custody of local law
enforcement personnel.
Lead periodic safety drills for employees and patrons in the business.
Conduct onsite training where required to achieve standards.
Preparing plans, processes and procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of
security operations
Key Qualifications:
Grade 12 certificate
Military background
A Valid drivers licence and no criminal record
Knowledge in security camera system
