Temporary – Receptionist
Period: 6 Months
Duty station: Lusaka
Direct report: Administrative Assistant
Job Purpose: Responsible for handling front office reception, including greeting guests and answering phones, handling organization inquiries and sorting, distributing mail.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones and operate the switchboard, route calls to specific people
 - Answer inquiries about the organization
 - Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
 - Ensure reception area is tidy
 - Coordinate mail flow in and out of the offices
 - Perform basic bookkeeping, filing and clerical duties
 - Take and relay messages
 - Minutes taking – An added advantage
 
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate in Secretarial Duties
 - Computer literate (MS Office and MS Outlook)
 - Good communication and writing skills
 - Independent worker and team player
 - Able to work under a fast pace environment and perform OT when required
 - Willing to learn attitude
