General Medical Officer , Occupational Health and safety Institute

The Occupational Health and safety Institute in Kitwe,established under the Occupational health and safety Act No.36 of 2010 is looking qualified and experienced Zambia to fill the following position;

General Medical Officer

Purpose of the job

Conduct clinical examination in order to ascertain diagnosis

Principal Accountabilities

• Undertakes timely and acutely clinical examination of clients in order to determine their health status
• Conduct occupational Health and safety Research in order to generate information for decision making

Qualifications and experience

• Grade 12/form 5 school certificate
• MB Ch B or its equivalent
• Four (4) years post qualification experience
• Experience in occupational Health and Safety will be an added advantage
• Must be registered member of the Health Professions Council of Zambia
