Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers are efficiently attended and served within turn around time.
 - Ensure that policies and procedures are followed.
 - Ensure accuracy and promptness in tellers carrying out their duties.
 - Ensure GL accounts are in proof
 - Ensure maintenance of efficient COP balance
 - Vigilance to avoid fraud
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Full G12 certificate with 5 credits or better including English and Mathematics
 - First degree (credit/ lower second or better) in a business related field
 - Three (3) years cognate banking experience
 - Knowledge of Banking operations, policies and procedures
