Zambeef Products PLC, a fast growing Zambian Agribusiness Company invites applications from suitably qualified Zambian citizens to fill one (1) vacant position of a SCALES AND WEIGHBRIDGE TECHNICIAN within its organization.
1.Reporting Lines
The position shall functionally report to the Head of IT Operations.
2. Duties & Responsibilities
Th main duties and responsibilities of the role shall be to:
- Repair, calibrate and maintain the organisations scales and weighbridges on site.
- Ensure and monitor me correct operation of the scales and weighbridges
3. Qualifications & Experience
Candidates wishing to be considered for the position must possess the following minimum qualifications:
- Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
- Certificate/Diploma in Industrial Instrumentation or IT.
- Must be certified b the Weights and Measures Department
- Computer literate is a must.
- At least (2) years experience calibrating and maintaining scales and weighbridge
- Must be willing to work long hours and ready to attend to emergencies after working hours when called upon.
