We are looking for a Finance Manager with ‘Big 4’ experience, a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience and a post-secondary degree in Accounting and Financial Management. The Finance Manager is responsible for leading and managing the finance function and supporting the company’s operational activities throughout Zambia. The primary focus is on providing timely reports to both the Southern African Senior Management Team and Head Office and to develop a strong Finance team where both internal and external customer expectations are met.
Work Experience:
- Managed the audit of multi-site engineering organizations
- Exposure to cross-border transactions for tax and legal purposes
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
- Understands how to generate and manage a budget plan and commercial plan.
- Has worked with complex financial plans and can lead others through processes.
- Understand the core value of customer contracts and the key influences that drive value, increased revenue and service delivery improvement.
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of people both verbally and written.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment to identify and resolve problems.
- Ability to operate under pressure.
- Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
