A senior management position in this fast growing NGO that is focused on skills development in the building sector in Zambia targeting men and women living below the poverty line.
You will have responsibility for all aspect of our expanding skills training programme including strategy, planning, budgeting, recruitment, managing your team, monitoring and learning.
Reporting to the Country Director you will be member of the SMT and contribute to the wider development and delivery of our programme in Zambia.
Key requirements - you do not need to have experience of the building sector although this would be an advantage. But you will have experience of developing training programmes and development programme management. You will be a strong manager with well developed communication and leadership skills.
