Manager – Monitoring and Evaluation HILO Ref DH/ME/21/01/16
Reports to Head Monitoring and Evaluation. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating HILO M & E activities in four Provinces.S/he assists with the development and implementation of the CIDRZ M & E plan and the development of appropriate indicator data collection tools and reporting templates.
Main Duties
Sets up and sustain internal reporting mechanisms. Builds capacity in the M&E team members. Provides oversight over activities M&E team. Facilitate the production of quality data and efficient data flow. Assists the provincial teams in using the M&E reports for systems strengthening and programmatic planning and targets setting. Assists the Provincial teams in using the M&E reports for assisting DMO’s and PMO’s in system strengthening and programmatic planning. Assist with the development of appropriate indicator data collection tools and reporting template. Assist CIDRZ in management in streamling the M&E programme indicators to make it simple and effective, the indicators that cover donor requirements and programmatic requirements. Facilitates monthly meetings to discuss data and indicators before reporting to stakeholders. Oversees timely collating of national reports(Quarterly,APR, Co Ag etc).Facilitate extrapolation achievements, weaknesses and trends from the reports. Oversees the revision of the internal feedback reports.Represents CIDRZ at stakeholders meetings
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Social Science or Health related; Training in M&E experience in HIV care and treatment; Experience in capacity building; 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation; Experience in data collection and reporting tool development; Conversant with electronic data tools; Management and team building skills
