Job Title: Management Information Systems Assistant x 4 (Kabwe, Ndola, Lusaka, Choma)
Society for Family Health(SFH) is looking for focused, energetic, well-organized and suitably qualified professionals with at least 3 years experience in data processing. Reporting to the Regional Manager & M&E Officer, s/he will be responsible for data collection, data entry, filling and reporting key SFH programme areas, to ensure availability of updated data.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data is collected and entered systematically, timely and accurately
 - Effectively manage all project databases and other project M&E tools
 - Manage online project data systems
 - Validate data and conduct complex analysis and strategic data analysis
 - Create and distribute reports summarizing progress against key indicators and other issues as requested.
 - Coordinate data needs to Project teams in the Provinces, for information based decisions and implementation.
 - Participate in Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) meetings at District and Provincial level.
 
Required Qualification and Experience
- BSc in Computer Science, Library Studies, Information Systems from a reputable institution.
 - High proficiency in Databases and Ms Office packages especially Ms Excel and Ms Access.
 - Three (3) years work experience of data processing.
 - Ability to organize and manage programme data and maintain Computer systems up to acceptable standards.
