We currently focus on agriculture and food security, savings and credit (SILC), better education, especially for the vulnerable and HIV and AIDS interventions

ZRDF is now recruiting a qualified Programme Coordinator to work and be based in Masansa, Mkushi District .
Location: Masansa, Mkushi District.

Reporting to the Director, the Programme Co-ordinator will be responsible for overall implementation and coordination of the Sustainable livelihoods projects including establishing quality improvement goals, monitor and evaluate program activities and all reports and planning documents
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Social Work or Developmental studies and/or related field at Masters level becomes an added advantage.; at least experience with agriculture projects rural areas;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
- Computer skills in Power point, MS Word & Excel;
- Clean Motor Vehicle Driver ‘s licence;
- Experience of working with government departments and especially conversant with the functions of the
- Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Health and education in Zambia.
- At least 2 years NGO experience added advantage
- Skilled and experienced in Proposal writing
