Save the children is a partner of the Abt Associates consortium implementing the USAID funded systems for better health in Zambia. The SBH team will undertake health systems strengthening interventions in HIV/AIDS, family planning, maternal, new born, child health, adolescent, and nutrition at national level and in up to 20 districts in five of the 10 provinces of Zambia to increase national level health stewardship, improve provincial and district team program management, increase the quality and availability of priority health services at the community level in selected districts, and increase the utilization of key interventions.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Development studies or relevant field
- Three years working experience with NGOs or in the humanitarian and development sector
- Experience in managing and implementing programs in development and humanitarian contexts aimed at building capacity of civil society organisations
- Experience in oversight and capacity building of local partners
- Excellent training and facilitation skills
